Suited us just right, no whistles and bells but gives a good night sleep in a comfy room

Staff great. But the rooms are very tired and are in need of an update. Work book the hotel, if I had a choice I wouldn't stay here.

Visited whilst on business, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Best night sleep we've had a while, very comfortable. Location is great,central to everything we want. Good size room, pity the bed seems to have gone from a super king size to a double but oh well. Was a dirty mug and one quilt had a stain but everything else is nice and clean.

It is a nice hotel but it is tired. The staff are friendly and polite! This hotel doesn't serve breakfast but there is a restaurant next door for dinner but I wouldn't bother if I were you.
The hotel is clean and tidy, but it just needs updating. Skirting boards are missing chunks out of them, the bed is very creaky even if it is very comfortable. The bedside tables that were clearly attached to the wall/bedframe have been removed (you can see the glue) and now have moveable little tables. Nothing affecting, to make the stay bad. Just something that could be changed to make it better.
