Early morning flight from Manchester Airport so great location.nThe room was clean, staff friendly, and helpful. The kids got a treat each when we checked in.nWould stay again.

I got my mum in here in the early hours of the morning after a fire at her home. All staff that have dealt with me, and my mum and her complex needs have been friendly, patient, and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone, and hope one day we can visit in happier circumstances.

The room was clean and tidy. The chap on reception Burak is a credit to your company. He was polite and made us all feel very welcome. I will definitely stay here again.

A warm and friendly welcome. The rooms are a tad tired and old, hence the lower price. Served us well for an early morning departure from Manchester Airport.

Very helpful front desk staff. Very welcoming. TVs need to be returned. Key channels no longer available following last Freeview update several months ago.
