Cannot believe i’ve not reviewed this fab restaurant before!! Been here quite a few times as i’m not a fan of the branch in leicester city centre. This one is easier to get to and less busy, as well as offering kurbside pickup. Outstanding absolutely fantastic food. So glad they’ve began doing a children’s meal, as these portions are fantastic for me, especially as i get no toppings!! My partner said the toilets were nice and clean pictured and kind staff xx
Ordered food on uber eats tonight and burgers were pink still inside normally cooked through from here so couldn’t eat. Now Uber eats won’t give us a refund so wasted money. Used to order from the one in city centre a lot never had a problem but now its closed down had to order from this one.

Ordered uber eats from here and received less food than expected. Brought the regular fries -to where I received the equivalent of the little fries where they weren’t even filled up to the top of the cup- and my little shake wasn’t filled to the top either. Either they’re undercutting online orders because they can, and they’re not going to get confronted about it irl. OR the delivery persons gotten into the food, and it wasn’t secured well enough.
My first time at Five Guys, my partner loves the place and food, he Just Eat it very often.nnFirst impression was very American fun the restaurant was empty, very clean, but didn’t feel welcome.nnThe guy at the till was friendly and when he knew my partner loves Five Guys, he and my partner had a great conversation with combinations of food and drinks.nnMenu is simple, burgers, hotdogs and sandwiches, you can add as much or as less toppings as you like, hence prices are expensive as you can order a burger / a hotdog and add all toppings ~ 15 of them.nnI ordered a cheese hotdog with mustard, onions and mushrooms, personally i didn’t think anything special about it, on the other hand, my partner ordered a cheese bacon burger with lots of toppings and he loved it. Chips were super yummy, banana milkshake was ok.nnService ~ as it’s a fast food place, so we ordered food at the till, then picked a table, and collected food at the collection point, so I would say no service.nnWe spent more than £18 per person, my partner loved the burger and said it worth every penny, I think food was ok, but too expensive for a hotdog and milkshake.nnHave to point out toilets are located upstairs and there are lots of steps, it will be difficult for elderly or people with infants / young children. It’s impossible for wheelchair users, as I can’t see any lift or disabled toilets on the ground floor. Also the stairs and the floor were very slippery.nnTables outside as well as inside.nnPlenty free parking spaces, including disabled parking spaces as it’s in Meridian, it may have time restrictions.
