My name is lohith Reddy Narravula.and today 03 September 25 I have been ordered spicy wings for my 5 years kid at 15:30 to 15:50 pm approximately we received our order and started to home on the way my son ate 2 wings but 3rd piece contains chicken hair they fried it and served to me .I went back and asked the manager miss.EKTA the shift manager at that time but I was shocked on her reply she said this is not our fault this is company fault.i don't know how she became a manager over there
Just went through the drive thru queue. Got all the way to the top, as never heard the staff speak through the speaker. The rude lady then told us we had to turn around and go through the queue again as she wouldn't take our order!!!!!nnWe wanted a big bucket but then decided we didn't want to go through that whole palaver again!!
Easily the worst KFC in the country. Food is greasy, the manager is a bully, bald, loud little Asian man with one eye looking at you and one eye looking for you.nnWhat's worse is the franchisee is running a tax scam under the KFC logo, they own the old HSL chairs unit and the DIY store at the back. They move storage items 6 monthly to avoid paying more tax and I doubt even KFC know about this. Totally dishonest and this has been shared with both HMRC and KFC.
I just ordered food from them now, and what the delivered was not what I ordered. They removed coleslaw, 2 coveted and Pepsi max BTL . I called the delivery guy he refused to pick my calls.. then I called there customer service the picked and pretend they were not hearing what am saying. They are fraud… they should refund me what they did not deliver to me
Amazingly delicious chicken, especially chicken wings were awesome! Thank you. The piece of chicken could have been more crunchy as it tasted a bit of watery. We really enjoyed the fast service, but the toilets could have been cleaner.
