Great room (10) and didn't hear a sound all night. Spacious and spotlessly clean room with plenty of facilities. Staff could not have been more helpful if they tried and as this was my first stay at Premier Inns I'm more than happy to recommend and book with this company again. The adjoining restaurant was very popular and busy in the evening with a decent selection from the menu. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the staff terrific. Will be back again.

Lives up to the Premier brand and reputation. Friendly staff eager to go the extra mile for you. Well recommended. I would give the fifth star if there were more facilities

The hotel reception is excellent, I have been there two times now. When ever I need to stay in Leicester on business. Came in before after a tiring day and asked if I can have my food brought to my room. More than happy to organise it. Rooms are typical of premier inn, comfortable bed etc. Quite a new/refurbished hotel so everything is still fresh and not that worn down.

Family regularly meet here as its a half way point for us all. The staff have always been extremely friendly polite and helpful. nothing is ever too much for them. If they can cope with out big family gatherings i am sure that they can cope with just about anything. The rooms here are a good size and they are always spotlessly clean and tidy. A convenient location for a lot of places to visit in and around the leicester area. The pub adjoining is great value for money for meals and the buffet style breakfasts are unbeatable value for money. The cooked breakfast is amazing. with kods eating free it really helps cut down the cost of a stay at the hotel and being so close together it makes it very convenient to get fed. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area. The rooms are great value for money.

I came here for Christmas dinner, And I can honestly say, I have never been so disappointed in a Christmas dinner in my life. I decide to forego the usual turkey dinner and opted for the Beef Wellington. If this was a proper Beef Wellington I am an astronaut! It was wrapped in pastry as it should be, but the meat was more like pulled beef, very stringy and it was impossible to slice. Added to that there was a bone all the way along the length of it! It was edible but that's the best I can say about it. I was also served Yorkshire Pudding with it, which was very hard to cut, almost rubbery. I paid over £42 for this meal and to say i feel like I was ripped off is an understatement. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and that's really the best thing about this experience. I will not set foot in this place again!!
