I had a great experience during my stay, the whole place from the moment I walked in was spotless including my room. I want to especially thank Celine Palmer for her amazing service. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day and she reminded me that it was included in my stay! What a legend. I would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed in this Premier Inn not in a heat wave.  Upon entry I was greeted with 2 fans and 26.5 degrees room temp which rose through the night to 27 degrees. When bringing this up with guest services I was told as I booked a hotel without air conditioning I should expect this. As a regular customer 3 stays this year I wasn’t even offered a goodwill gesture. Good luck anyone trying to sleep here.

Good location just off the main road.  Room did NOT have AC and was over 30c for most of our stay.  Would not recommend it in the hot weather.nStaff were friendly and the room was clean, but many rooms were out of use due to water issues and leaks.  Our shower shot water all over the walls as it had a damaged pipe.

Great place to stay. Staff are brilliant and friendly and rooms were super clean. Good location, close to big shopping centres and city centre without being too noisy.

It's a premier inn, you know what you get. The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean and tidy as always, it's got plenty of parking and a restaurant next door beefeater I believe. Not too far from central Leicester and the motorway, there is a shopping centre within 5 minutes by car too.
