Hotel is situated just off Groby Road, near to all the facilities of Leicester town centre which is roughly a 10 -15 minute drive away. Check in staff were friendly and welcoming. Good standard of rooms with all you need for your stay. Tea and coffee making facilities with extra supplies on request. Daily room service is available should you require it and clean towels. Plenty of car parking space. We had an evening meal and lunch at the pub next to the Premier Inn, staff there were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. Would definitely stay here again if a stay in Leicester is required for football matches.
Absolutely fine! Good value for what you pay. Beds are very comfortable and extra pillows as standard in zipped bag in the wardrobe. No complaints. Breakfast decent too. Not sure why other reviewers are complaining about the vibe of the rooms... Exactly what you expect from a budget hotel.

I've attached my trip advisor review with this.nI also wanted to add that I lost my watch during my trip, I looked everywhere and gave up hope of finding it.nI was so surprised and pleased when I got a phone call from the Premier Inn reception to say they had found it. Thank you so much!
So, my recent stay at the Premier Inn in Leicester was a bit of a mixed bag. The room itself was alright, and the AC worked well. But the bathroom fan was super noisy, and there was no shower gel, which was a bit annoying. Also, there were no spoons with the tea and coffee setup—I had to go ask for those.nnThe real surprise was when I was heading out around 12:10 PM and asked for my room to be cleaned. They said the cleaner was done for the day, and there would be no more cleaning! That's never happened to me at a Premier Inn before. Getting the room serviced is usually fine, even later in the day. The reception staff weren't exactly the friendliest either, except for the lady who helped with my key card when I was checking out - she was lovely and welcoming.nnThis stay could have been better with my usual Premier Inn experiences. It's a shame because I've always had good stays at their other locations.
Staff as always are brilliant, but this building is old and tired. The rooms are getting a bit tatty, the floors echo as you walk. Our room was near a dividing door on the corridor which slammed everytime it was used as prople went/left their rooms.nnIt's OK, but far from as good as other Premier InnnnIt was cheap though, so overall, excellent value
