As always Wagga's interesting and delicious food is excellent, always a treat to eat! I never think the old regent hotel is a great venue it somehow doesn't seem to gel very well, seems a bit cavernous somehow to me Staff nice and friendly and helpful
We had a really tasty meal, a good few gluten free and vegan options. Although some of them aren't on the menu i.e kimchi and vegan egg. It's a longer wait because the manager has to take your order if you have allergies. The food was all delicious, the tempeh ssambap and the miso caramel ice cream were particularly scrumptious. The drinks are all really good too, though i tend to stick to non alcoholic drinks i had to admire to beauty of the pink gin. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because it is very loud and I've always experienced a quite long wait, to be noticed or checked in on for drinks or to pay. It's a shame that you can't order for delivery if you have allergies.
Quite easily one of the best Wagamama branches I have ever been to in terms of building and interior I absolutely loved it. The food is your typical Wagamama food just like any other branch. Service was a little bit slow though.

Went with a friend this time. Plates were cold so food wasn't very warm. Had our plates taken and the waitress said she'll come back with the dessert menu. She didn't come back with them so had to ask for the menu. No one came over to us to ask what we'd like for dessert. They just stood around not doing anything. Then when I ask for what I wanted which was 3 different flavours of one dessert they gave me just the one flavour. The menu is overpriced for what you get. Either they should cut down the prices or give bigger portions.
Good food. Very slow service. Every time we go to Wagamama in Leamington Spa we are made to wait 10 or so minutes to get a table and then wait another 10 minutes to be served. This happens so often that we tend to turn around and visit other restaurants such as Pizza Express which has comparably superior service. I suggest if you want to maintain a good reputation, you either take on more staff or revamp your people management.
Delicious food, great location & atmosphere, and really nice staff. Would 100% recommend!
We've come here twice. Once, the service was great and efficient before rush hour. The other time was during the rush hour after 530pm, the service was poor, as the waiter wasn't as attentive once food was served. Great food and drinks!Food: 4/5
Everything excellent however the wait for the dishes to arrive is long when it is busy. This would not be a problem except for the fact that they bring the dishes individually as soon as they are ready and you will be eating alone while everyone you came with has already finished. They are very friendly and they try and keep you updated with the orders. Vegetarian options: Vegan options available Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free menu available
Eaten here a few times and the food has always been fresh and spot on. The only thing that let it down slightly is how hot my Raman was. Usually it has a kick but still delicious. However, it felt like the chilli broth had three times more chilli than usual.Food: 4/5
