Very clean and quiet accommodations. The room felt a little dated feeling but otherwise great. Parking was down the street at the church, you can unload and load out front of hotel. We had a window could open slightly. With a view of the Inverness Castle. We stayed May 2024 for 2 nights on our first trip to Scotland. This PI was PERFECTLY located for exploring the city. You can walk to everything! Laundromat around the cornertake coins Grocery store around the block. Reception was fabulous- kept our bags after checkout so we could explore before heading out of town. Highly recommend & would stay again.
Great as always! I love how consistently good Premier hotels have been, I think this is my favorite location yet. Great spot in Inverness, amazingly helpful and kind staff. Beautiful view as you leave through the front entrance. Great breakfast, nice rooms, decent bed, amazing shower.nnIt's kind of an odd thing to comment on, but the water here is amazing. Apparently it's naturally very soft. My skin and hair absolutely love it and it tastes great too.nnI don't remember his name, but I assume he's the manager or owner, was super kind and helpful. We interacted with him a few times during our stay and he's just honestly the best! Helpful, kind, friendly and knowledgeable.nnOh! And they gave us a free bag check when we got here.
During my stay at the River Nessn, I had the pleasure of chatting with Paul and he was great. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and provided excellent service. His interesting conversation and welcoming attitude made my visit even better. Definitely one of the highlights of my time there! When I’m in Inverness I will make sure to be back.nnThanks Paul !!
I shared a room with my partner, and the room was spacious and clean. The coffee and tea in your room is free for you to consume. In terms of service, the woman who helped us check in on the 27th was so friendly and helpful!nnMy partner and I tried their breakfast the next day, which was delicious. There were a lot of options since we chose the breakfast option that included everything continental and hot foods. Oh, it was also unlimited!nnThe location was also superb. It’s right along the river and you’re steps from shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Also, the station is about a 10-12 minute walk.nnOh, and how could I forget! It was also quiet. I got good rest here!nn10/10 recommend. I would stay here again if I’m in Inverness.
Stayed here with a large group. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating despite there being so few of them. They were willing and able to manage all of us at once and helped sort out room assignments even though they did not have to. I would come back here if I was in Inverness again and recommend others do the same.
