Wasn't sure what to expect as this place doesn't have very good reviews. I had to say the staff were great. Really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean which obviously is a must. The bed was bouncy but very comfortable. I had a better sleep here than I do in my own bed that cost me a fortune. Breakfast was satisfactory. Can't go wrong with toast and cereal. This place is right on the motorway but you wouldn't know it from inside. I was so surprised about how quiet it was. If you're looking for a cheap and cheerful place to lay your head this is ideal.

Nice hotel. The room were spacious and the bed soft. Although, the sofa bed was considerably less comfortable. The breakfast was not to the best standard either but not much was expected. All in all the experience was what I paid for.

Love it hear. Me and my partner stay hear on a weekly bases the staff are great, the place might not be the poshest, most luxurious but you feel right at home with a laid back atmosphere and not worried if I accidentally spill something. Thanks guys! See you soon Xxx From are puppy too Xxx

Yes, this IS a "no-frills" Budget Hotel, would stay there again. Impressed by the honesty of staff (they found and returned our wallet before we even knew we had mislaid it!!)and their kindness in getting us into Baldock for our Coach was amazing. Beryl, South Africa.
