Visited the hotel for an overnight stay for my boyfriends birthday. Very cosy hotel with lovely rooms and a decent restaurant. The main asset though is the staff. I have never known a hotel  (including much more expensive ones) to have better. Courtney was an absolute gem and nothing was too much bother for her. She even gave my boyfriend a card and present for his birthday. She worked extremely hard serving meals, managing reception and she always had a smile for everyone.  What an asset for any hotel. Very modern hotel built into a leisure complex with paid parking (£7.90 for 24 hours). The room was very modern, clean and quiet. We were on the road side of the building and didn't notice the traffic at all. The room was air conditioned which kept the temperature comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant for evening meals and breakfast there are also several other options in the complex. The central location is great for access into the town with the shopping centre in easy walking distance.

Stayed there over Christmas and it was lovely. The hotel is new, the rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. There was no room service on Christmas Day, but there was extra coffee, tea, towels, etc. provided in advance, as well as Christmas Cracker and hot chocolate! Definitely will stay again.

Location is great for overnight. Rooms are big and clean and very silent. Breakfast is great.
