I always stay at the Premier Inns and my visit today to the Chesterfield location has as always turned out to be stress free and a great experience. Staff are always available day or night to help with any assistance needed such as coffee ironing boards or replacing forgotten items that was supposed to have been packed. highly recommended

Just great. Couldn't fault it. Great room. Friendly staff. Good bar attached. Well located. Would stay there again.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. All staff that we encountered were friendly and professional.

We use this hotel often when visiting relatives. We have found it comfortable and relatively quiet, despite its town centre location and close proximity to a railway line, as the rooms are well insulated. The staff are lovely and have always been very attentive to our needs. The only problem we have found is the lack of proper air conditioning which means the rooms can be cold in winter and stifling in the summer. Extra heaters/fans are available but it's not ideal.

We stayed here for over 6 weeks after a house fire the staff are amazing they made our stay ads comfortable as possible xxx
