The hotel is a family run business and is all the better for it. The staff are warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The food is of a high standard, although as it is only a few minutes walk to the town centre there is a wide variety of choice if required. A warm welcome is guaranteed as is a good night's sleep.

Excellent, room spotlessly clean,very comfortable beds great nights sleep,food excellent, A very warm welcome. I would recommend the Buckingham to any one staying in that area.

Owner was amazing, we had problems with our hotel at 3am (it was noisy and cold, the ibis) and the owners of Buckingham’s Hotel opened up at 3am gave us a lovely room. The most amazing breakfast with everything homemade from yogurts to sausages, and plenty of complimentary beverages. We would defiantly stay again.
