Great stay. Great room, clean and had everything expected. Staff were helpful. Good location and easy access to Canterbury attractions. I enjoyed my stay here.

I loved it here! Only stayedfor one night but the bed was so comfy and the duvet kept us warm all night! The breakfast was delicious and very varied! The staff were lovely and happy to help arrived at the hotel half an hour before check in and staff were happy for us to wait in the lobby (cold outside) and checked us in twenty minutes to half an hour earlier. Will be staying here again!

Great night's sleep!! Bed was very comfortable and room was a great temperature. On the fourth floor so had amazing views over the cathedral and a really pleasant surprise that the bar stayed open til 1:30! Would be good though for reception to warn you that they don't take cash that late in the day though. Location is quiet, though parking in Canterbury can be expensive - we paid £15.00 to leave our car overnight in the council run car park down the road Would definitely stay again

Its really clean, you can get a really good sleep. It is close to the city center. Breakfast is delicious. There is nice staff and the beds are really comfy. Bath tub is a little bit to high.

Lovely members of staff. Great value. Perfectly located facility for business or pleasure trips to a wonderful city.
