Clean, quiet and efficient staff. It's located on a prime property. The rugs in the communal areas need changing and for now there's no gym or spa which brings down it's rating. Otherwise it's a lovely, quiet spot to stop over at

Fabulous hotel close to town. Lovely staff. Dean on Reception and the breakfast staff made us especially welcome. Plus lots of nooks and crannies where you can sit in comfy chairs and watch the wildlife. Plenty of dogs.

Absolutely beautiful. Nice and clean. Food lovely. Staff were so polite and helpful and really ad us fell at home. Nice and quite too. Good night's sleep. In the process of booking up to go again 😊

Really nice hotel with good range of great properly cooked fresh breakfasts. Ideally located if you have to drive in the morning as you won't get stuck in the busy Canterbury traffic. Close enough to walk to town and all the lovely pubs and restaurants but quiet enough for a trouble free sleep.

I have been here with colleagues and we spent a lovely time at the characteristic hotel with its unique carpet walls and its small hallways. The bar is great, you can sit on one of the sofas in one of the rooms and just enjoy the English way. I cannot however recommend the food which from my experience is not worth the price you pay.
