Got the special and it was just standard. Everyone else's food standards have shot up so the burger meal here was ok. I wouldnt recommend this place to someone if they asked where is a great place to eat.Food: 3/5
I initially visited this place a year or so ago and was shocked by the hygiene standards. I noticed one of the workers picking a pack of fries that he had cooked and dropped from the floor and back into the fryer, he looked around to ensure no one saw what he did, I did not make an issue and let it be. I avoided this place, but was convinced to go again a week ago, and as a result I decided to write a review. This time the chap with the England T-shirt on, decided to re-fry chips that had already been fried. I was very disappointed. The food we took was a disappointment and will not be coming back here again. I know this is not what you want to hear, but unfortunately this place is a disappointment.
I'm not local, used to study at the college down the road from here, come back weekly because the chicken is exceptional, along with other foods on the menu. I went in on the first day of opening, 10 years later and still using this takeaway. It's very clean as well. Owner takes a lot of pride in the place.Food: 5/5
By far the best takeaway I have ever had. It's my go to takeaway every time. My family come up from Bolton to Blackburn to visit and they always ask for a Mr Joes. Absolutely. 100% Recommend
Absolutely fantastic place for good quality food and value for money. Service is on point. Staff are very courteous and kind would highly recommend. Some of my extended family who have started to visit me regularly from various parts of the country only do so because of Mr Joes!!!Food: 5/5
Indian Pizza was average Wings were too oily Good place to grab quick meal

Once i got charged twice for my food, today we had wings as we usually do every week, however the size of the wings was like chicken popcorn and within the 12 wing meal i only got 9, of which 6 of them were literally a chicken popcorn size. Ridiculous and you charge £7.50 for that as a meal.. im done with this place.Food: 1/5
Ordered beef burger and chicken burger, both absolutely amazing. One gripe was wait time over 35mins however it was worth itFood: 5/5
