I Would recommend trying out Predators as they offer excellent coaching to all levels of ability.  I've had 121 personal training with Sam Spencer who is one of their active professional fighters and I highly recommend having a lesson with him.  The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly ideal for beginners.

Best gym ive been too, straight after work 6 days a week well worth the 1h30m journey there. Gav is a world class coach and glad to be apart of Manchester Predators

Lovely environment. I felt a bit meh while going as I thought people would laugh or something but no they treat you with so much love. I come all the way from bury and man its worth it.

Definitely best gym in North West. So professional helpful trainer Gav has a patience to teach everyone, try and you won't regret. Strongly recommended! 5+
