Brent did an excellent job training our girls soccer team. The exercises were tailored to their level, development and progressed thought the sessions. The sessions were dynamic, fun and engaging. They challenged each girl individually as well as promoted team work. He was able to show a group of young girls that exercise can be enjoyable and beneficial to their athletic and personal development.
Too many great things to share - from the awesome facility, the training staff, the quality of individual programing to achieve your goals, could carry on here. Started seeing Brent in December to get myself back in shape for tournament golf season with a specific goal to make the Senior Tour by 50, I'm 41 now and have played competitive golf my whole life but was a competitive athlete my whole life as well. Brent took the time to sit down with me, show the facility and the programs that would benefit me. With the goal in sight and an awesome rapport with him, we started going at it. Since December my club head speed is up 8mph, and I am swinging in a much more effective way. Understanding my body and being able to swing the club with ease is the start to a promising goal! He basically re-wired my brain to talk to my body, never been more comfortable over a golf ball than I have been now in the 30+ years I've been playing. Don't know if there are any better instructors in the London area!
In my 30s my athleticism fell off. I was a personal trainer and multi sport athlete. It was discouraging. Brent and his team made me feel 27 again. External motivation and an unmatched understanding of the body make this place the best in Ontario.
Brent is one of the most experienced and competent fitness professionals in town. Beyond that, his professionalism and costumer care set him apart from the rest. From “weekend warriors” to high-level athletes, you’ll be in good hands with the crew at PFPC!
Brent and his team are simply the best. Brent successfully trained my two boys for several years. Both boys went on to become captains of the NCAA Cornell Men’s Ice Hockey team and subsequently on to professional hockey careers. I have personally known and worked with Brent for over 20 years and I feel extremely fortunate to be able to train one on one with him. His facilities are terrific and his care and investment in the success of his client outcomes is extraordinary, and second to none.
Brent and his team came highly recommended to me, but I will share that I definitely had some trepidations about working with a trainer. I had always worked through my training for each race season on my own and with some success, but coming back from some significant injuries over the last two years had me questioning the best way to return to my best self! Starting training with Brent had me feeling like a fish out of water! Complex dynamic movements made me feel totally uncoordinated, self conscious, all the while Brent has been nothing but supportive, explaining why we are doing what we are doing. Changing up my routines to keep the gains coming! His attention to detail is fantastic, and let me tell you, it's working! I never thought I would feel normal again. I have a new normal now! Together we ended this season on a high note, and I am confident that we have a partnership that will see even greater gains in the future! THANK YOU! Your knowledge and professionalism are above reproach!
Best facility in Hyde Park, if not all of London! My son trains here for baseball and we love how the focus is not just about weights but also includes agility, stretching and after workout care! Brent and the rest of the trainers are amazing and it doesn't matter if you are one of the pro athletes or a young kid starting out, all get the same level of attention and experience. PFPC is definitely Londons top fitness facility!
This has been an amazing training experience. Gino is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is geared for me. The other trainers are also always friendly. It clean, tidy, and a welcoming environment, even for a novice.
Training with Brent for the past 4 years has allowed me to make great strides in my fitness and achieve my goals as an athlete. Everybody that works there, from the trainers to the therapists, are all top notch. It’s great to be part of the PFPC family.
This is a fantastic gym!!! I have been a member of PFPC for 5 years and absolutely love my experience thus far. It is conveniently located, very clean and the equipment is new and well maintained. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. My trainer is very motivating and encouraging and he makes it fun and enjoyable to train. I would highly recommend PFPC!!!
