Over the years, i've come across many personal trainers. However, Mark stands out above the rest. Not only a great teacher, who lives by example, but also a great person, who wants the best results for his clients.
I thoroughly recommend Mark Hayward as a excellent personal trainer. My daughter and her friend, who have learning difficulties, have received a weekly session with him for over ten years. He is patient and kind, yet provides such a good work out that the ladies have lost over 7 stone between them! Mark even managed to keep the sessions going during the Covid lockdowns by changing the face to face sessions to video calls. They remain as enthusiastic to work out as they were from the beginning. Thank you Mark.
I have used Mark’s personal training services for almost a year 3 times per week and I couldn’t be happier! He has helped me tone up and build muscle which has helped with joint pain and he has made me feel stronger and much more confident. I particularly loved how much he is passionate about what he does and he varies up our routine in a way which keeps things fun and very engaging. He is the only reason I absolutely love going to the gym! I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to take their health and fitness more seriously!
