I met Luke through work and at the time had no desire to train, walking to the bus stop was as good as it got for me. I was desperately unhappy about my weight but would hide behind my jolly demeanour, always pretending nothing was wrong. However after chatting to him a few times about what he did and the results and confidence he had seen in his other clients, I decided to give one personal training session a go, on the condition that it was no where near a gym! We met by Exeter Quay and I remember refusing to even run a short distance, but he was patient, kind and encouraging and I soon found myself looking forward to each session. Anyway 18 months later and nearly 4 stone down I can't thank him enough. It was the push I needed and with his continuous support I now have the confidence, energy and determination that was missing in my life for so long. Thank you so much Luke, I highly recommend you to anyone who is too scared to make that first step and change their lives.
