Power Tool Warehouse

They don't seem to be currently trading and yet are willing to continue taking orders online. I made a purchase using their website over a month ago and have been unable to get in touch to talk about my order, they have however taken payment for the order. No one ever seems to answer the phone just an automated message about them being busy, at all times of the day. Hopefully I'll get some resolution soon. Update: I got my money back, thankfully I had paid through PayPal and upon my opening of a dispute no response from the company meant my money was returned. My recommendation is to stay clear of this company, even if it looks like your going to get a great deal on something.

I placed an order 3 weeks a go- no order received, have used their email contact form but have had no reply. Phone calls reverts to answerphone , messages left but calls not returned. I would think very carefully before placing an order with this company. I have contacted Citizens Advise who have advised on a course of action to try and get either the goods or money back.

Don't bother ordering anything. 1 month since order, a few items arrived some of which were wrong and a note saying "rest to follow" it's been weeks with nothing arriving. Contacted them twice with no response.

Definitely do not place an order with Power Tool warehouse. Placed order on 24th November was invoiced on 28th November and money charged to credit card. Nothing arrived, no responses when leaving phone messages (they don't appear to ever answer the phone) and no responses to filling in their on line form on several occasions. Told them to cancel order as too late for Christmas but no response and it arrived on 5th January. Now getting no responses to how to return the item. One star is one star too many

Still haven't received my order - placed in October last year and I cannot get hold of them. Does anyone know how to report this company and get our money back????
