STAY AWAY!! The whole place is infested with thieves. My van was robbed in broad daylight in from of their cctv & they were absolutely no help. Maybe an inside job. Who knows? But it has happened to a lot more customers other than me. BEWARE!!

Went into store potentially looking for a kitchen,but not knowing what i wanted. After speaking to a lady called Amanda,who was excellent,polite and very knowledgeable, i then knew the direction in which i will go. Thanks for the help and advice.

Complained about 2 members of staff who treated me like dirt last November - through a stupid complaints system called resolver. Just had an email asking if I wanted to close the case I tried to reply but had a message saying the email wasn't able to take replies - well why have a reply button? I've spent a fortune in B&Q over the years but now go to Wickes where they have been really helpful. Wouldn't give them 1 star.

This store is great for DIY and Trade purposes, I called in today for a few DIY essentials and everything I needed was in store, customer service is friendly and helpful too. Also if you join as a Free B&Q member they email you a welcome voucher for £5 off when you spend £30* and money off vouchers and 10% off every Wednesday for over 60's The store is fully accessible and there is a cafe and large car park.
