I try to avoid this place as much as possible. Last time I went there was a few years ago and I had the misfortune to go there again today.  The prices are high, but they are very good for locating obscure fittings and to get you out of a fix. That's not the problem. The problem is their customer service.  Their customer service is awful. They make you feel like they don't want you there. In particular, the main culprit is the guy who has Karen tattooed on his arm. He served me a few years ago and he served me today. Both times he was absolutely rude, ignorant, and talked down to me.  If it wasn't for their lack of customer service I would use them a lot more and instruct my staff to use them. But as it stands I would rather spend my money some place else.  People who don't like customer service jobs should not work in customer service!

Amazing customer service... Always happy to help, quick service time and reasonable prices... Strongly disagree with any negative feedback for this place... I guess everyone has the rights to their own opinion though...

Been using this place on and off for years. They have everything and it seems to be one of the few places now, where you buy loose nuts and bolts. Only one person on the counter and a queue was forming, but despite his grumpy demeanor, he did cracked a smile eventually.

Found out about this place when my brother told me there was a place you can buy bolts and nuts on their own, just what I needed for my motorcycle build project.  More than often have what I need and more things around the store which are helpful for my project.  Staff at the till are kind and willing to go the extra mile mainly served by Tai i think to find what you need even though I've sent them in the back quite a few times. He even asks for updates on my project which I think is quite nice of him.  Overall a good store with a good concept. Never knew individual bolt and nut store existed

I don't usually leave feedback but the service here was so good I had to leave a 5 star rating. Brilliant service from start to finish. Highly knowledgeable staff and very good prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I've been using this place for years and always walked away with exactly what i needed, they literally do have every kind of nut & bolt you would ever need .... the only thing that lets it down slightly is the queuing time at the counter, they should really think about putting more staff on when its busy.
