This has got to be the best Toolstation branch I’ve ever been in, and I’m fortunate enough to call it my local, the staff are great, managers on the ball and Graham is super knowledgeable of products and a quick server! Highly recommended, and it stops me going to screws**t!

Excellent service here all the times I have come. Even went extra mile for me yesterday when my phone battery ran out leaving me stranded as I couldn't transfer funds. Guy behind till offered me to charge phone using his charger and saved the day. Very grateful for the time he give me and went the extra mile which is rare these days! Thank you :
Excellent customer service. All staff are extremely helpful always go above and beyond to help. Was recently served by Gaz, Aliyah and Beth who helped me purchase my cctv cameras. The next day when i went to collect them and ordered some more stuff i was served by Kieron who was very friendly. Thank You.
I had some of the best customer service ever from your derker store there was 2 amazing young ladies Beth and Aliyah! They was both very friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this store and will definitely be buying all my DIY supplies from here in the future.
Friendly staff and great customer service. I'm not a tradesman so naturally am not well versed in a lot of things, but the staff have always been able to answer any questions I have and guide me in what I need to purchase. Never had any issues that weren't my own fault i.e. buying the wrong item, and as long as I hadn't used it, returns have always been painless.
I’ve received the best customer service ever!! There was a young member of staff called Saffah who was exceptional. She’s ever so polite and friendly. I would recommend going to Saffah for any help you need as she’s so helpful and willing to go beyond and above. Thank you Saffah for all your help :
My wife and I get most of our diy stuff from here. The staff are incredibly helpful and went way above and beyond to help my wife when she was picking up a large water butt. Would totally recommend
