This is the best for kitchens there is, Ian has been dealing with my Mum and her kitchen design and plan, making sure everything would fit the space perfectly, making sure my Mum is 100% happy with everything.

Great but returns from another store not accepted .  Managed to get most of what we needed and the lady was very helpful

I would of gave them 5 stars but not everything is trade price and can be bought cheaper else where. I have had a few issues with the kitchen but they get resolved fairly quickly. My main issue is the price differance between stores a trade price should be the same through out the stores and customers

Worst experience I've had for along time. Very expensive and poor pre order service. Maybe it was an isolated experience but it would not be somewhere we would ever recommend . Go to Wrens half the price twice the quality and a better experience by far.

The staff at the depot are brilliant but l have to say the accounts department is the downside of the company,they are arrogant,rude no interest in listening to issues,all they are interested in is money,they could not care less how good of a customer you are, the customer is in my opinion just a number,if l ran my business with that attitude l would be out of business.Howdens top brass need to address this issue asap

Worst customer service ever wanted us to commit to buying kitchen before he would plot it on the screen wouldnt even print us a view of the kitchen he got everything wrong from home visit and wouldnt move sink or change cupboard colours on screen not sure how he thought he could sell me a kitchen without me seeing it 1st

Great service and experienced advice.new kitchen looks great.cant wait to see it in the flesh
