I made two Special Delivery three months ago here, the first one did it well, but the second one did it badly and the letter never arrived at its destination. Now the letter, which had official documentation has disappeared and the code they gave me that day is wrong, so neither in the Post Office or in the Royal Mail do they know where my letter is. And when you go to claim they send you to two or three different places and they do not give you any solution!
