Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. There's one specific worker who manages to find a problem with my parcel every time I go in - when there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. The shop's a joke, would not recommend.

Post mistress obstructive re passport application saying signature "outside the box". Proceeded to write mean and twisted comments when I asked for it to be sent anyway. Lo! Passport Office had no problem and my new passport arrived within the week. Not a good experience, sad to say.

Had the worst experience ever, wont ever be going back. First of all had to stand in a queue for 15 to 20 mins in the post office due to one the rude workers taking forever. Once i got served the woman had the worse attitude ever asking which parcel force service i used. I didn't know there was another one. Then she was trying to return custom documents back to me ! Explaining that they do not need them however for a parcel going to USA customs might !! Then one of worked told me i NEED to buy their tape to secure it properly to the parcel. I offered to take the parcel back tape then return the next day ask i did not have to muck about. Then refused to let me leave with my parcel !!!! and said it will have to go through like this. WTH

Though the teller on Friday afternoon 9/6/17 was a bit rude , also never new what customer care stands for .. was more interested in being arguementative
