Brilliant service and very reasonable! Highly recommend! On contacting Premier Electrics I was greeted with very friendly and helpful staff who managed to book an engineer to visit me the following day after my washing machine broke down. The engineer turned up promptly and was very polite. He made the repair and gave the job his full attention and ensured the unit was in full working order. Having recently had a dish washer breakdown not brought from Premier electrics and under manufactures warranty that took 3 visits and 6 weeks to sort - i was delighted just how quickly these guys came out and fix the unit. Hopefully in the future i don't have any other appliances break down but if they do I will not hesitate to contact them again. Great prices and great service. Highly recommended!
I made the mistake of buying a Miele Dishwasher on a Cyber Friday Deal with only delivery and take old machine away service. I contacted Premier and got a quick appointment to plumb my dishwasher but engineer could not do the ingrated wooded part. Following week, the carpenter came and done the job also put the wooden boarding back into place, adjusted machine and I was very pleased. Next time I will buy direct from Premier who offer a complete service.
I wish I'd trusted the other bad reviews on Google, but after trying a few other companies who wouldn't repair a Miele washing machine, I gave up and called this lot. An engineer came out on a Friday and told me the door seal was torn and I needed a replacement. He quoted £154, which is a bit high but having paid the £70 callout which gets deducted from the cost if you accept the quote I figured it was worth it. He called the office and on speakerphone booked the followup for the next Wednesday and ordered the part. On Wednesday I took the time off and waited. At midday I called the office and was told no appointment was booked. The lady looked into it and said that we shouldn't fit a pattern door seal as originally quoted as it would squeak, and should fit a genuine more expensive one. A manager was supposed to call me to arrange this, but didn't. In the meantime they cancelled the appointment and the part order! The lady was quite apologetic and it clearly wasn't her fault, and she promised that a manager would call me. Three days later, and no call. I called Miele myself, and a genuine part would take 5 to 8 working days to arrive from Germany - and of course, still no order has been placed. I've ordered a pattern part myself and I'll fit it using a YouTube video. That's 70 quid down the drain but I've learned a lesson about using companies with bad reviews. To be honest a squeak will be a small price to pay to have a working machine again after what will be nearly two weeks in a house with 3 kids. I'd advise people to steer clear of this company.
Huge thanks to Scott and Aaron for an impeccable delivery of our new Miele dishwasher and Liebherr fridge. The delivery was at the time suggested and the installation was efficient, clean and both the chaps were friendly, polite and courteous. Good pricing and service from Premier Electrics too. I usually use alternate suppliers but found them to be competitive, responsive and service driven. Happy to recommend you good folks.
We have been so impressed with Premier Electrics. In a world of terrible customer service, they have stunned us with their amazing service. We ordered a Neff American fridge freezer from them. Excellent communication regarding delivery as well as follow up aftercare. our fridge had a minor manufacturer fault and the good people at Premier electrics dealt with the issue on our behalf quickly and efficiency. Not to the mention their prices were considerably lower than other dealers that we looked at. We will definitely be using them again.
the repair man Dominic was fantastic, really helpful efficient, polite and really nice. Sadly it was recommended I have a new machine and head office quoted £80 more than every other site for the same model despite saying their call out fee would be deducted. A bit of a con. They are lucky to have Dominic work for them. I will order from john Lewes.
Very pleased with level of service. From phone call to advise on their was received to prompt arrival. Professional engineer who dealt with the replacement of an element for our Miele Fan oven in an efficient manner. Would recommend without reservation.
I called Premier Electrics having seen an advert in my village monthly magazine. An engineer arrived within an hour of my call and quickly found the problem with my oven. He replaced the broken part straight away and was very polite and friendly. I was very impressed with the speedy and professional service and will no doubt use Premier again. I have recently had a element go in my oven which I was not confident in changing myself even after looking at various YouTube videos showing how easy it is. I was at the time week off from work and decided to use professional to fix the oven which I knew would cost me more but better to be safe than sorry.. 1st day engineer came within 3 hours which I was impressed with and after already confirming the part was in stock with the operator I was happy to go ahead and get it fixed. The price was £149.99 which I thought was huge for a element so I asked for a better price and agreed on £130 reluctantly I may add. The engineer checked and the part was not in fact on his van but one in southhamton so he would get it sent over night and be back out the same week to fix it. This was a Wednesday and agreed to come back on the Friday/ sat depending on post etc. Saturday came and went and I called and chased to find the part in fact had to be ordered and the engineer should not of told me the info he did. Great.... Agreed for the Wednesday as I was day off and guess what no phone call or response so I chase it again to find the van had broken down and I would get a call within a hour. 2 hours went by and I was told the engineer had been taken to hospital as he hurt his hand . I called back and asked to speak to a manager/ anyone that could just book in a revisit and get it sorted to which i was told I would receive a call.... nothing. I work in retail management so I had a very busy schedule with stock take etc planned in so I decided to just leave it and wait for this call. You guessed it by this point no call ever came to say sorry we will come out or even a email to request a call from me. One and a half weeks later being today I receive a call to say they can come out... Sorry but this is unacceptable in my opinion I had already been stung for £70 call out for nothing been promised visits and calls and received nothing back. To then call and tell me the price is in fact £149.99 and not the agreed £130 But the discount I would get for all the messing about and two wasted days off waiting in would be £20. As you can see if you want a job done don't bother with this company you will be wasting time and money. I have learnt the hard way and in future I will not be impatient to get a job done quick. If I wanted a wait I could of gone to my local supplier who would of done it by now for £80 But was clear from the start I would have to wait for part etc. Stay clear if this company.
NO STARS! Terrible service! I bought a Miele washing machine from Premier Electrics. I went with Premier as I was told they could deliver on the Tues which was a day before all the others I looked at. They said I could have an afternoon delivery slot as I would be at work until Ipm. They called in the morning to say it would be delivered early afternoon the website says they contact you with a two hour slot, apparently that isn't true as they couldn't be more specific.At 4.30 with no sign I called the company to be told that the van had broken down and so they wouldn't be delivering. They should have called to let me know that instead of me chasing them! I wasn't happy but these things happen and they said they could deliver the next day. I said I couldn't be sure exactly when I'd be in as I had work am but also my pet was going in for surgery and I would need to go and pick her up at sometime in the afternoon when she was recovered. The woman was most put out with me that I wouldn't be in all day or give her a time but I was unwilling to say I would definitely be home as they charge you £35 if you're not in when they try to deliver shame they don't pay you the same when they don't turn up themselves!. We agreed they would attempt delivery on the Weds anyway. 10 minutes later she calls me back to say the van wouldn't be fixed and they couldn't deliver until Thurs. I was not happy as in desperate need of the machine but decided to give them a chance even though I had found another company online that for £10 more would be able to deliver to me Thurs. I then had a message on Wednesday from someone asking me to call back turns out that that was the manager but I didn't know that at the time. When I called back he wasn't available and no one knew why he had called but she looked at my account and said she could book delivery for Thurs. I said it had already been booked when I spoke to someone yesterday and she said no it wasn't that was only a provisional booking! So I got the day off work arranged and I called at eleven on Thurs to see if they could give me an ETA. I was told sometime after 2pm. At 1.30 I got a call from someone to say that she had contacted Miele and they had now arranged to collect the machine so they could definitely deliver tomorrow! I was stunned, this was news to me, I didn't even know they didn't actually have the machine, especially since they were supposed to be delivering 2 days before. When I told her I had confirmed a couple of hours previously that it was being delivered today she said she didn't know why I was told that, she was organising it and responsible for deliveries.She knew nothing of what had gone on staff clearly don't bother to talk to each other she was very rude and went on to say how she'd been on the phone since 8am to try and sort it out for me and that she had gone out of her way to do it and we don't normally do this etc! Erm, I was supposed to get my machine on Tues but I'm supposed to be grateful for you doing me a favour it's your JOB!when in fact you have let me down badly! I said I couldn't take another day off and she said it's either that or you won't get it for another week! I mentioned the other company that had said they could have delivered it today and she said that was impossible and that no one could get one this side of Christmas and basically said I was lying! She said she'd get the manager to call me, I asked her when he didn't get back to me yesterday remember and she couldn't say. I went online and found a retailer that could get it to me Sat and cheaper! so I called to cancel. They put me straight through to the manager this time funnily enough and he desperately tried to persuade me not to cancel and that they could deliver Friday even though that meant I would have to take ANOTHER day off. I said I'd rather wait an extra day so that someone else would get my money after the appalling service. I would advise everyone else to do the same and take their money elsewhere. Their service is a shambles, staff rude, communication terrible.AVOID
