Laurence Preston and his team are running such a great business here; they are personable and knowledgeable and very professional. I brought an Alfa GT from Laurence and part exchanged my old car. It has been the best experience I’ve had buying a car and having one serviced.   The team were transparent and really fair on the deal. These types of cars aren’t free of risk due to their age and complexities but I wasn’t worried,  Laurence’s expertise and experience gave me the confidence that I was buying well. The preparation of the car and engine was thorough and impressive too. Very high attention to detail - so rare today.  Would highly recommend the team in all your servicing needs, the technicians I met talked things through with me plainly and honestly and were really friendly. If you own an Alfa Romeo you need to get here for service and repairs, 5* customer service as standard. Went there for a diagnostic reading only, but ended up with them fixing the problems on the spot!!! So friendly, helpful and with a massive knowledge of all things Alfa I would 100% recommend every time. Thanks again from a very happy customer.

Wonderfully friendly, knowledgeable and efficient timing belt and full service carried out on my Guilia, dealt with some unplanned issues superbly, very good pricing as well, they were even happy to let me bring my laptop to chill for the day as for me it's a 3 hour round trip to visit. The infamous Brera Spider problem solved - finally  I contacted Autolusso Bournemouth about my Alfa Brera hood problem - yes, that hood problem!  I had the problem for a number of years and had unsuccessfully tried to resolve it myself.  I was nervous of having anyone else look at it as I thought it might be a “bottomless” pit to pour my money into.  Having seen some good reviews about Autolusso Bournemouth, I thought I’d give them a chance.  I can only say they were excellent in identifying the fault and resolving the problem.  As a Brera Spider owner, I am fully aware of the limitless problems we have to put up with such a beautiful car - the hood problem being one of the worst!  However, Autolusso Bournemouth were very professional in their diagnostic approach most of which I knew about - who doesn't and they methodically followed the problem through to a solution, and finally left my hood operating as it was designed to work.  Their knowledge and expertise was second to none, and I am not easily satisfied, especially where my Spider is concerned.  As far as Brera hood problems are concerned, I would highly recommend Autolusso Bournemouth as the place to go.  They know what they’re doing.  Money well spent! Friendly and very helpful service. Ordered a part over the phone the parts advisor was very knowledgeable and knew the exact part I required. Had a part sent by post it came well packaged and fast delivery.

Excellent customer service.  Very helpful honest and friendly. Had an issue with a fault code that kept flagging up on my dash board saying I needed an oil change  even though id only just had it serviced this was due to previous company not resetting it after the service Instead of trying to pull the wool over my eyes and make money out of me they issued me with a simple solution and outcome .
