Yeah the car park is small and is close to a main road. But what a wonderful short walk to the Pooh Bridge, the woodland walk is downhill and relatively level sandy track. The walk back up is quite a task if your not used to walking far. But its worth it for the trip

This is where the idea of Google reviews wears a little thin. Encouraging me to write a 50 word plus review of a parking facility neither excites me or hoi polloi.

So here goes .. about thirty spaces, not tarmacked, sparce use of white lines, not far from road or walk. No charge to park. Wet when it rains

This is the car park to use if you want to walk down the hill to 'Pooh Sticks Bridge'  Just follow the main path. If you try using a sat nav it will normally try to take you around the other side  down a private road but it is not correct. Don't go down Cotchford lane it is a private road. You need a currently unnamed road off of Cotchford Road there is a sign that says Pooh Bridge. It is worth finding if you loved Winnie-the Pooh  books.
