If you don't want to fell in love don't go But I can say everyone very helpful and help us make the right decision. They don't think only on sales, but on helping us having the best for our pets.... We already got 2 mybe we will go for a 3rd one.... See you soon Ps I deserve an extra stamp
Decent selection of products, but a lot of items are overpriced in comparison to other pet shops. I was also highly disappointed with the overcrowding of rabbits in store. 6 to 7 rabbits in a space for a max of about 3 at a push. Same with the guinea pigs. Also disappointed at the types of hamster cages that were for sale that were no where near suitable, and allowing someone to buy them would just be unethical.
What a great place! All animals kept immaculate, staff very helpful. No smells in the animal room..just how a pet shop should be! Well done Mark, Emma and the staff.
Called here to buy a new coat for my dog. Had lots of choice but I personally thought was a little expensive. But a handy shop for all your pet needs.
Love this shop, great little place that has everything you need and more meaning less need for the big stores xxx
absolutel worse experience worse pet shop i’ve ever been to,brought a Guinea pig and not only was it a boy when they ensured it was a girl it also had ringworm we brought two other girls from pets at home they are both girls hes not only impregnated them both, one of the girls gave birth and he’s kill the baby absolutely disgusting
The staff are so friendly and helpful. It's always clean and tidy with products well stocked.
Plenty of choice and not badly priced ! Good for looking at stuff before purchasing for our pup!
I go there with my dog as they are pet friendly and very welcoming. They always have what I go for plus there not expensive which is a bonus. Also I git to leave a review about the big tortoise they have in the shop he was someone's pet so not for sale. If your in the area pop in and have a walk round I think you will be pleasantly surprised
I was surprised just how much stock was in this shop, not animals as such but more supplies. The range of bird toys in most places is terrible but there was a wide selection here which I was very pleased by. The animals they have are the usual you would expect and seem to be in good conditions and health. I'd say the price range is in keeping with other places, I got a bird toy which seems to be good quality which made the price justified. I'd happily go back and recommend this place to a friend.
