Extremely disappointing service, spoke to the owner and was assured some fish would be reserved due to having to travel quite a distance. Followed up with a member of staff during the week who also assured they had lots of males and females and 3 pairs had been reserved. Arrived today nothing was reserved and not a single female in sight, after a 4 and a half hour round trip.nLast time was given a guaranteed female fish that was male.nExtremely poor customer service

What a fantastic gem of a find this shop is! We stumbled upon it following a Google search of suppliers within travelling distance to us. The shop is extremely well stocked. The choice was far greater than anything we had seen before which was fabulous to have various options to choose from. We were able to get a super group of fish which are settling nicely into our tank. There’s a real quality to the staff at this place….. They’re not pushy for sales and are extremely knowledgeable. A huge thank you to Harrison who served us. HE WAS SO HELPFUL!! Having thrown a thousand questions to him he really did help massively and we hope to see him again.nAlso many thanks to the lovely lady who was on the till.  I’m so sorry for not getting your name but you really helped today  I totally recommend anyone reading this to pay them a visit. Choice, knowledge, health of fish and service are in another league. Thank you again and we will be back real soon.

All ways had great service 15 year + when they were located at other side of road. Today I purchased my 3rd tank after going in to see kev he did me a great deal  and I came out with everything I wanted and needed. After searching on the Internet for some way to fit a fx6 to my sienna and getting no were kev was like here you go fx under tank upgrade kit  just like that. This place is great and just remember if they haven't got it in just ask. Or if you see a deal online drop them a message might just save you a huge delivery charge.

Lost a returning customer, spent thousands at the shop last year. Went in to restock and cross reference our water test when Kevin rudely said we don’t test water on a Saturday when busy, however it’s Sunday and only two people in the shop, instead tried selling a ICP test when we already said we are cross referencing our salifert results. Then a guy started to test the water after sighing at us, we then asked the price, 4 times, ignored us and continued to incorrectly test our water. Coral tables in bad condition, torch corals with missing heads showing skeleton. Would have shared concerns however wasn’t given the time of day when in the shop. Will NOT be returning!

Lovely selection of fish and some amazing rare stock. Staff always happy to help. Only downfall is it’s a bit crowded with the small space they have. You can park outside.
