Disgusted after quoting 300 for a gerbil operation Richmond Vets did it for 70 you ought to be ashamed ....also paid nearly 50 quid for medication...don't trust them with your beloved pet.

Very helpful, caring staff. They will do anything to make sure you have the correct information and products. We have two cocker spaniels and the lady vet we dealt with gave us some excellent dietary advice for the dogs and some really good information to help with their general wellbeing. She spent a lot of time with us that she didn't ave to after our appointment finished. Always go above and beyond and so caring.

Great store, one of the few you can take your dogs into. They love the attention, even if it cost me a fortune in squeaky toys.
