Lovely staff always say hello when I pop in. Lots of different kinds of hay for me to get for my Guinea pigs. Great shop
Have you ever wondered why the grooming salon always has the availability on a short notice, even for the next day? Because it's RUBBISH! I left my cockapoo there just to pick her up with: cut, proper bleeding ear I was told that happened when she was brushing her ears!!! RIDICULOUS, uneven cut with longer hair in some places and few BOLD patches across the body !!!!!!! with no cut/hair style applied whatsoever!!! The groomers change there too frequently. The current girl has no idea, no experience unfortunately. If she needs to learn, make the service half price, max. Jokers! Avoid.
The staff were very helpful. It was my first time at the shop and I had a long list, one of the girls was like my personal shopper, showed me where everything was. The shop has a good range of everything that you need for your dog
Store is immaculate and well stocked. Groom room is just outstanding. Everyone of the team was so kind to us and spent as much time as possible making sure our dog was relaxed before her groom. She looks perfect! Thank you so much!

Incredibly unprofessional grooming service. Following difficulties grooming my dog, staff member posted details on a 'refuse to groom watchlist' on FB found out via our usual groomer who is on maternity leave. Giving my dog's name and my wife's initials. Final result was shocking, still made to pay full price, and offered no refund following formal complaint.
Been taking my Bichons Tom and Biscuit to the groom room for a while now and every single time the staff have been so loving and caring. The groom they get is good too but for me the fact that they are treated like princes makes it for me. I dont have to worry how they are when they go because I know they are getting spoilt. Thank you to all the grooming staff for the love you show them.
My favourite pet store online. They stock everything my dogs need and provide superb 1st class customer service. I would give 6 stars if i could :

I use this store for the 'DIY' dog bath facility.. Very easy to use, even for my old Labrador. Friendly staff, always cheerful and very helpful.
