Polarbites Fish and Chip restaurant is situated beside the picturesque harbour in Kirkcudbright. We are a local, family run business meaning that we are one in a million. Within our establishment there is our take-away area and our sit in restaurant which seats up to 40 people. We have the traditional “Chip Shop” menu stretching from Cheese Burgers through to freshly baked pizza in our stone oven. We also bring you an assortment of delicious treats ranging from Haddock and Cod to Scallops, Mussels and Seabass. We use only the best quality of potatoes fresh from the ground then peel, chip and fry them on sight creating our tasty chips. Our Batter – deliciously light, golden and crispy remains a closely guarded secret.
