Great food we had a 30min wait for a table we arrived around 18:15pm. Waitress were very help and happy. Only down side is that it is a very busy and loud atmosphere if you looking for somewhere homely and lively this is the place but if you wanting romantic and quite its not the place

My partner and i go to eat at the Caven Arms perhaps once a fortnight. In my opinion the food has 'gone downhill' in my estimation.... I would prefer to eat somewhere else to be perfectly honest. Some of the staff are friendly, others have forgotten how to serve with a smile.! Its a shame but I will be eating elsewhere from now on.

The Haggis with cheese and leeks is the way to start of any Haggis adventure. I've a cocktail, get a beer flight, and enjoy the exceptional service and food.

Absolutely fantastic! The food is delicious and the staff extremely attentive. I had the Caven's Chicken, followed by Toffee Topolino for dessert. Outstanding! I would highly recommend! Can't wait to go back! Oh and I am exceptionally fussy and critical....
