Now in its fourth generation , Bruna, Edoardo and the family, together with their valued team of staff, work hard to maintain the fine traditions which have firmly established its reputation over the years. We are proud that Bruno’s Tuscan origins have always influenced the menu, with many of the recipes still being used today. The family are keen to maintain the quality by using the best ingredients and preparing dishes freshly to order.
