I’ve been a customer at Plumbs for over thirty years and have always had great service from Paul and Dave. They’re very knowledgable, and always give good, cost effective advice and suggestions to DIY issues. I’ve found Plumbs to be far more customer focused than the larger chain stores , and much more likely to have the right answers to questions, and at better prices. Plumbs have always given me good service. They’re friendly, down to earth and always professional.

Always good to see the brothers who own the business, knowledgeable with years of experience that can help you out of a bind. Good prices, products and a good range of ironmongry smalls you always need but can never source easily or quickly - but you can here!

Best shop in Luton!! They even cut wood to size for you? I needed plywood for a loft hatch, they cut it straight away no problem and perfect fit, no need to buy a big sheet.

Just completed the second plumbing Job  in less than 2 weeks the second cost me a grand total of 50p the advice given by these people was spot on I  decided to Give them a good review but I see I am just one of many extremely satisfied customers a big thank you to Plumbs

TOO WONDERFUL FOR WORDS Unable to pull out our larder cupboard after much tugging. We called in the cavalry and THE most helpful brothers turned up and freed it within minutes. As the last comment says, a dying breed. Nothing too much trouble regardless of when you last used them. Came on time, fixed it. Words fail to express our gratitude. Huge thank you to Dave and Paul and "Up the Spurs"

The most helpful people on earth. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They are a dying breed and we have to support small local suppliers like them as opposed to the faceless and mostly useless huge DIY stores. Please use them, LOTS.

I bought  a piece of mdf which was  cut into a circle for me to mount a mirror and mosaic tiles. I was given recommendations of the thickness to suit my project and the mounts I would need to hang it. The circle was cut for me promptly and was perfect. Very happy with my experience and very reasonable price too. Easy parking outside

A very affable and knowledgeable fellow who will go to great lengths to you explain in detail how to perform the most perfunctory tasks. If perchance you have a problem he cannot solved then you can expect to be given directions for alternative solutions or even to another establishment where you will more than likely be given a name to contact to endeavour to resolve your predicament!  A level of service from a bygone era and an absolute pleasure to behold.  Forget B&Q, Homebase or Wickes - this is the place to go
