Large DIY Store covering 99% of your home inprovments needs this Store is on two levels accsess via a lift or stairs a lot of damaged stock on display which can put you off buying that product a garden supplies area is to the side of the main building with a building trade outlet at the other end. Mobilaty parking bays are centre of the carpark but are equel distance form both entrance and exit doors.

Rubbish place! Customer service do not exist at B&Q Luton. I went there to query why a bath waste and trap I purchase from them failed only after 9 months from purchase.  Instead of being sympathetic to me I was met by the B&Q representative named only as Gabrielle on duty who was aggressive and would not help. I was told that I needed to produced the original packaging before they can do anything about it and B&Q only offer 45 days guarantee unless it is an electrical item.
The B&Q representive called Gabrielle need some customer service training urgently!!

I asked a customer service rep to help me get an item from a barricaded section and she asked me to wait. Another customer asked for help from the same person for helping to find a screw. She spent so much time with the customer trying to find a screw and totally ignored my request for help. In that moment I could only think she was either discrimintating against me because I was either dressed like a "terrorist" or just the fact I was a man. I kept looking at her and she knew I was waiting but no attempt to acknowledge that I was waiting and that I asked first. I asked another checkout rep who was not doing anything and she refused to help. Was really frustrated and just walked out. Can't be bothered with such staff, they are a waste of money and a waste of space!!!

Asked a security guard a few questions about bbqs and he found the specific one i wanted straight away, super helpful and knowledgable about the stock.
