We recently purchased tiles for our bathroom renovation from Topps Tiles Luton and the entire experience has been simply incredible. Big shout out particularly to Jan who has been outstanding in his support, from choosing the tiles and all the ancillaries, to following up with us to ensure the project is progressing well and giving us really good advice on things to watch out for. We had been looking for bathroom tiles for 3 months and had visited tile shops in Stevenage, Hitchin and Letchworth with no luck. The Topps Tiles Superstore staff stand out above the crowd and are exceptional.  This is what customer service should be like everywhere. Huge shout out to Kerry for her knowledge, advice, and guidance and the cup of coffee.  Huge selection of tiles nicely displayed. Highly recommend.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff made shopping for tiles and flooring for our bathroom a pleasant experience. The whole process of selecting the various things we needed was made extremely easy and I never felt under any unnecessary pressure to purchase. Highly recommended!
