Several time I have been here to find the items have the wrong product labels below them. The Diy section is normally a mess. It can be good for a good bargain. The escalators and lift are broken half the time.

Today wanna buy some seeds . Labels was showing every each product is half price. On the till cashier told me is normal price then other girl went check then the same said. We went together there i showed her half prices someone stick there then i ask for manager. She came back n gave me for half price. See pics

I had disappointing service with my online purchases with Wilko.  Both items arrived damaged. Over 20-30 messages via 3 platforms and over a week waiting for them to arrange collection, I gave up and drove a 40 mile round trip to the luton branch.. lovely lady called Kaz sorted my refund within 5 mins. One item was sold via Wilko from another seller and this was sorted without the hassle the customer services had put me through..

Love shopping in Wilko. You can find many household items at a much lower price than other shops.

So glad its back but definitely has changed since being taken over by the range. Not a bad change but does take getting used to. Miss some of the classics from Wilko

Absolutely rubbish. Staff are utterly incompetent especially the elder workers . I had asked if they had a particular product and got given disgusting attitude from the short short lady with an accent Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the manager was no where to be found . Don’t come here, the Luton branch shouldn’t have come back. Gotta fix the management or fix work Morale

Dont buy anything from here, once u buy anything, you can’t return or exchange if any issue with product, no any helpline, no any reply of email, no any customer support, Fraud company

I purchased 16inch pedestal table fan on September 26th 2022. At Wilko store Luton mall.  But know the fan is not working.  I am trying to exchange my product but staff is not responding properly and they are very rude to me. But only the problem is I loss my physical bill but I have a photo copy in my mobile but there is no barcode on the bill.  And I requested the staff to regenerate the bill and I gave all the details like time and date of purchase and I gave my card details as well.  And I have product box.  That box is having the product bar code and details. So I requested one of the staff his name Mr.daniel he is manager.

Affordable one-stop-shop for household basics, but quality can be hit or miss.
