The place has plenty of parking and the staff are very supportive. Entry to the parking area is a little bit confusing and needs a bigger board at the parking entrance.
Be careful everyone if you are are renting the rug doctor carpet cleaner. I spent £63.97 for 24hrs which was included £10 deposit. Upon return Miranda said i didn’t clean the machine properly and she will not be giving me £10 deposit back. I told her I’m there domestic customer and not a professional cleaner. I’ve rinsed the white container thing and rinse the metal filter thing as I was advised. I was never told if there was a little water residue or a hair on the machine I would loose £10 deposit. Worst customer service ever. There should be option for zero stars. Not a happy customer. They definitely need to work on their customer service and not to be rude with customers.
Homebase is definitely for the DIYer And if you don't know your prices then unfortunately your going to be paying more for your goods here. Just as good quality as other outlets and friendly staff that couldn't be more helpful so 4 star
It's homebase so it's always going to be a little pricey but the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable - happy to help with anything you need or just have a chat at checkout!
I was hoping to purchase something for my car, but they do not stock anything to do with vehicles. Always purchase seeds from here. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Wonderful place, They currently have all their christmassy bits out which is lovely. Some great prices too.
Disappointed…even though on the furniture it says “Available to take home today” we have been told there’s none in stock. Happy to buy the one in the showroom at a discount, not possible. Told to drive to Milton Keynes. Another level of false advertising.
