Great little hi-fi shop. I live 2 hours away and the manager held my order for a couple of days until I could collect it (they would have shipped it, but I chose to collect).

The shop was small, but full of absolutely beautiful audio equipment. Staff were helpful and not pushy. Would definitely shop here again. 

If you're willing to walk a few minutes there is free 2 hour on street parking.

I'd avoid this shop. I went in to do an upgrade on a unit, I asked if they could do it a bit cheaper. They declined. I was prepared to pay the full price, but I asked if I could hear one of their systems. It was plumbed up and ready, he just needed to turn it on. But he said he was busy. He probably thought I wasn't that happy with the price of the upgrade and I wasn't going to buy, hence why I think he declined to let me listen to a hi fi. It's the first time I've been into a hifi shop and have not heard a stereo playing. I then decided that because a purchase is about the full experience and service, and part of that was something from them, in this case the love of hi fi and showing a system off, as well as the experience I'd get from listening, that I'd rather take my purchase elsehwhere. I like to reward good service and if they had shown that, I would probably have placed the order then and there.  But I left, and I'd never come back. When I took this up with the owner, he didn't understand the service part of it, and just tried to reflect the fact back it was right for his employee to not let me listen to kit and not be enthusiastic about it, because he thought I wasn't going to upgrade. Terrible really. This is just a quintessential arrogant hi fi shop,that are just after your money. They are not a real hi fi shop as they say. Richer sounds service in the town was night and day to these people. Avoid.

No pressurised sales tactics, very knowledgeable and passionate, friendly and interested in my satisfaction. The kind of place I will always go back to.
