If there was a 0 i would put it this place needs to be shut down food was stale came stone cold . we thought we would give them a second chance after our order before where they put cucumber on and i could not eat it as i was allergic! We phoned back up and they was vile on the phone was very rude , the kebab came colder than the salad and the chicken was grey. On top of all of this we had bad stomach ache after , Please i would advise u never to order from them . Trading standards should be onto this!
Stale food, The Food gave me an upset tummy. Forgot to deliver sauces even though they charged for it. Also when I called them about the missing order. They said they could not deliver it even though i paid for it. Will not order again. Will not recommend anyone using Pizza Planet. Avoid like the plague.
Bought a pizza on way home from work last night and saw a rat run across the shelf at the back of the shop.... man in the shop didn't seem concerned..... pizza sent back.wont be ordering from there again
Missing items, ignored numerous attempted phone calls; delivery driver said he'd get them to ring, but he didn't. Absolute shambles.
Genuinely awful Took over an hour and a half Requested the driver to call when outside, didn't bother and woke up my family late at night Put salad on the wrong meal Food was dry, tasteless and cold Rude on the phone Rude delivery driver Put sauces in the same bag as drink cans, sauce containers opened and leaked sauce all over the cans, had to throw away the drinks and sauces Seriously diabolical, wouldn't even feed this food to my dog, avoid.
Good pizza at a reasonable price. Friendly staff.
