This is not the same place, since changes in ownership the quality of the service and quality of food is poor. The prices have increased, it’s not the ideal place to grab food at the end of the night.Food: 1/5

Not really a review of the food as it did look amazing. However we wanted to try The Urban Kitchen on Sunday, found a table and went to order food. Was told there was a 50' wait on food orders - whoa. Could be an issue with staff calling in sick due to the nice wether the day prior, or could be normal for this place. In any event, we might go back and try in the near future hoping the issue is resolved so we can try the good looking food.
We asked the staff for a food hygiene rating and was laughed at and told "it's in the post". I did, however, buy a burger and chips and it tasted nice. The chips tasted just like proper chip shop chips. I enjoyed it but if I am ill tommorow I will modify this review lol

I always drop in here after a night out, this time however was awful. The kebab I ordered looked a funny colour and the next morning I had diarrhoea and sickness. I assumed this was just a result of the evening before but the symptoms persisted to three days. It turns out I had food poising after a quick google it became clear I contracted it from here as they have a 0 food hygiene rating. Eat here at your own risk.
Food here is terrible!!! The only way you can enjoy the food here is like majority of there customers.. if you are blind drunk or if it's a life and death situation.. the 2 brothers that run it.. do not have a clue about running a business!! No hygiene standards.. the youngest brother thinks he knows it all when giving a belly ache and chips!! Hes very rude and unprofessional.. Every time I have eaten from here have had a bad stomuch!! Never again!! It should be called not the urban kitchen... but the urban disaster!!
Chips were not good and the pizza is greasy.
Vile food, the staff are a joke and completely useless, and best of it change prices while gay pride is on there typical robbing scum, dirty vile place to eat avoid at all costs
Me and partner got lam wraps they were very tasty but they should atleast put salad in it was just lamb donner chilly sauce in a wrap
