Love this place. Their standard survey asks if expectations were exceeded. I have to answer "No" as I know I will get 1st class service and great food with plenty of choice. I know that the staff will do all they can. So how can that be exceeded?

We just used the takeaway. The seem to deep fry the pizzas. Bit greasy for me. Didn't pre-order but not a long wait.

Usually decent service here, friendly and fast! Like any Pizza Hut the pizza is just okay but the cheesy fries are amazing and the salad is great! Kids will always like the ice cream factory too!

Pros: Pizza was hot Service was polite and friendly Ice cream machine and sprinkles good for kids Choice of sugar free drinks good Cons: Fries were dry Chicken strips were luke warm (not how chicken should be served!) Salad bar depleted (always seems to be whenever we visit) What was most disgusting was seeing a server pick up doritos that had fallen into the sweetcorn. He tipped them from a spoon into his hand, he then proceeded to pick up the dorito bowl which had very few in; he took both behind the door leading to the kitchen and then came back immediately with the doritos bowl which he seemingly had obviously just put the spilled dorito's back in! Why take the bowl through with him; it clearly was not replenished! Toilets had no hand soap; not really good enough as people need to wash their hands as they're handling serving tongs and ice cream sprinkles etc etc. If staff use the toilets where do they wash their hands? I am an NHS worker and had a 25% off coupon. It did not stipulate there were any exceptions but I was told this only covered my pizza and not the two kids meals I ordered. Overall experience was average. Won't be in a hurry to go back!

Did the lunch buffet with the family...all ok. Bit basic... pizzas were limited but we filled our bellies and it tasted fine. Happy to recommend.
