Poor service food not bad, disabled toliet was wet and I slip and hurt my self, no toliet paper, place be better if the service,s was good and the toliet,s was kept clean quicker.

I used to wonder why Burger King didn’t do as well as McDonald’s as I do usually prefer Burger King burgers however after our last nights visit I can see why. 1) the customer service is poor, staff simply lack professionalism and either lack training or simply couldn’t care less, service is slow and you have staff too busy chatting and joking amongst themselves. Bad imagine tbh 2) I normally enjoy their burgers however last nights offering was cold, didn’t taste fresh and had a couple of left over pieces of lettuce thrown in, I didn’t even finish it. It weren’t even busy so I wouldn’t have minded waiting for them to make it fresh if they had to. 3) The price, I’m a strong believer of you get what you pay for however £13 for two stale chicken royal meals is poor value for money compared to competitors offerings. Simply put, I can see why competitors have moved forward and Burger King got left behind, the staff need better training and managing so the service and image can improve. The food needs better quality checks before it’s given out to their customers and if it’s been out too long it needs to be binned, simple. I know I’m only one customer out of plently that will visit however it’s very possibly the last visit I made and if more customers start thinking the same won’t be long till Burger King will only be a sight in service stations. Shame really as it’s a chain with great potential.

The dining area was freezing cold when we arrived they served us lukewarm products and Completely forgot 1 meal when returned cold food to counter accused of being sat for 10 minutes when were actually just waiting for our food!! Shame really as bk is out favorite take away and sad to see such poor service.. Nb they switched the heating on as we were leaving... Well done... It's only 1c outside and has been all week!

Wow... Overall this is bad publicity for the chain,u can't get good food and don't get me started on the waiting time. My family had to wait between 10-20 minutes for our food. Chips,chicken nuggets and burgers were cold. There was 1 person taking the orders and there was an employee who was walking around doing nothing. I prefer the nearby McDonald's than here. I'm quite disappointed to be honest...there was a big queue. But at least, there was parking available. The food overall made me feel like I need to throw up to be honest. There was no napkins and the Powerade tasted weird. The prices were expensive, for example, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger which cost nearly £7 and it was like 10-15 cm long. The bathroom looked weird as the sinks were small and there was one toilet. The floor was dirty as well and I was appalled how such a modern and good - looking restaurant had such bad customer service. I didn't see anyone go through the drive thru.

It makes perfect sense why McDonalds is more popular when you come here! The place wasn’t overly busy but there was only 1 member of staff taking orders. Then it took ages to get the order. Fast food it is not!!! Then when we did receive our food, it was cold! I’ll be driving a mile down the road to McDonalds next time, I’ll get my food quicker, cheaper and warmer. Awful.
