Story

Beefeater opened their doors back in 1974, and were driven by a passion for glorious steak. Mouth-watering cuts at mouth-watering prices was their motto. Reassuringly nothing's changed, these things still drive them today and they always will.

We love going here for the buffet breakfast, staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Kids eat for free (2 when one adult buys breakfast). Ample parking and usually well presented but it can get quite busy. If there is anything missing you can just ask the staff who are more than happy to help.

I would not go back here even if they gave me food for free 9 of us went for food,it was horrible hairs in most of the meals then get told none of the kichen staff got hair so dont know where they'd came from. the amont of hairs was riducouls then still made us pay 50% of the bill which I think was out of order to say most of our meals got left would not recommended to any1

Decent enough but slightly annoying for me ! We went as a family as we were staying at the premier inn next door, slight wait at the door but we were seated upstairs and took our drinks orders this took a bit of time to arrive. We then ordered food...now this is where my problem started...i know going to a beefeater as a vegetarian is asking for it but hey ! When we arrived we were told they had everything and nothing was off the menu then when I ordered a veggie burger I got told it wasn't available...so the other options were a pasta dish and a salad. As I'd had pasta for my dinner the day previously I didn't want that again so I ended up having salad and chips for my dinner ! The rest of our group had a decent meal with steak and other dishes all served hot and the place was clean and the servers were friendly. For my group it was probably 4 stars but for my experience it was a 2 at best. Must do better ! Or as a vegetarian don't eat at a beefeater !
