Would give less than 1 star if possible, always messing up orders, food doesnt turn up hot, staff dont know what they are doing. Bognor store needs a fresh set of employees.

Waited 30 minutes after being told it will take 15 minutes for our food, food was warm not hot and staff were unintelligible.

Friendly, helpful staff! What you'd expect food wise & the little one loved the Ice Cream Factory!

The worst experience I have ever had! Stopped here with my wife and daughter for lunch opted for the buffet offer recommended by the staff bad choice! 7.50 a head plus 2.85 for a glass of Pepsi total just over 30 quid. Pizza was either dehydrated because it was left out too long under the heat lamps or doughy as it had just come out of the oven and needed a bit longer in there the pasta was just revolting my wife couldn't eat it! The coke machine puts just enough syrup in the water to colour it and that's about it spent 11 years in the retail trade running pubs surprised this place survives obviously their competition is even worse. Out of ten. : Food - 0 Service - 5 Value for money minus 5
