Save your money! If your allergic to anything or just generally want something taken out of the dish and you order online and write a comment telling the restaurant, expect it to be ignored. And when you ring up to tell them the order is wrong you get a response there's nothing we can do. Will not be using again! There lucky were not allergic to any of the products they didn't remove as there response was basically we don't care. You spend near on £30 for rubbish service
the boy behind the counter Lammy-Chan was very polite to me and my family and was co operative, as my family are picky eaters. Lammy-Chan makes this take away go from a 5/5 to a 6/5. Will definetly be coming to this place again uwu
Very disappointed tonight with the meals served up by wokmaster. We use this take away every single weekend, we order on line and get the same meals every weekend. Tonight they tasted bland, no flavour, and the curry tasted like it had chilli in it. After calling them up and returning the meals, we were told that everyone in the take away had tasted it and that the food was fine. No regard for the fact that as a customer under the consumer rights acts you have the right to a full refund, we where given just over £10 out of the £30. Very disappointing!! Being a regular for years and never complaining and being treated like this.
Been using Wok Master for 7 years, usually very good bit this time i was told they could not do me beef with fresh tomato been doing it for me all the time ive used them. And no prawn crackers With my order. May have to find another take away.

Great food Not so great service Make sure your super clear with them on what you’ve ordered otherwise you’ll be pis*ed of like I was If u ever order a kids meal be clear which one u want otherwise your just the first one I like this place but having the wrong order and missing stuff then having to send it out after for me is stressful Order online then it can only be there fault
Had 2 meals from here cannot fault either hot when delivered and very tasty possibly the best Chinese we have had in years well done can highly recommend
Absolutely the most extensive menu and the best Chinese take away I have found since I moved down from East London! Really good food, always consistent quality and lovely customer service. I've tried most around and would not now go anywhere else. Well done
The worst Chinese I’ve ever had. It tasted like it had been microwaved several times. There was pork ribs in with my roast duck, a hair in my garlic chicken and my crispy wonton was just pure batter with no filling. The whole thing was dry and tasteless. My dog wouldn’t even eat it
Just went into Wok Master after work and was discussed by everything I saw apart from the lady on reception... So I went in to order my food and the lady who took my order was so kind even though she was rushed off of her feet with phone calls, She then went to take my order to the kitchen and soon came back to answer the non-stop ringing phone. As I was waiting for my food, A woman the owner I think came out of the kitchen and was yelling at the girl on reception about a phoned in order, her attitude stuck beyond belief About 10 minutes of waiting for my very small and common order and as I was waiting I noticed that there were children working in the kitchen, they clearly seemed under 14 years of age I thought child Labor was a thing of the past, I guess not...
